Tough Conversations About Benefits and Pay

In fact, a big part of our DBT360 financial planning process is helping clients figure out what it is they want, then finding ways to go pursue it. Investing is one way to pursue your financial goals, but sometimes the best way is to negotiate – for a better salary, benefits, or 401(k) match. In my first article for Entrepreneur, I talk about negotiation, and why I encourage my staff to even negotiate with me.
