Moving Fast, But Leaving No One Behind

June 25, 2021

Can you believe it’s the end of June? We can’t either. We have been so busy launching our new brand, starting The Aspen Society for female investors, and adding team members, that we almost missed the latest issue of D CEO on our desks.

While every issue of D CEO is compelling, the June/July issue features us in its "Ask the Expert" column. In the interview, we discuss the negotiation skills that we believe women would benefit from as we all navigate our new normal. We believe that everyone should be able to use their money to have the lives they want, so we focus on ways to help women not only close the wage gap and design — and ask for  — a fulfilling work environment. After reading the column, if you want to know more about negotiation skills for women, you can watch the TED-style speech I gave to fellow financial advisors a few years ago.

If you’d like to connect with other women to discuss negotiation and financial planning or gain money confidence, join the Aspen Society on Linkedin or help us spread the word. Did you miss the launch? Not to worry, we post expert content weekly and are eager to widen our circle with women of all ages and backgrounds. The main objective: encourage frank talk about finances and lots of open dialogue.

Our mission is to help our clients to use their money to have the lives they want. If you have questions or want to talk about your financial plan, or if you have suggestions for blog topics, contact us at hello@bfsadvisorygroup.com.
